Come to The Fire, 412 W. Girard Ave, on Saturday, May 14th from 3:30pm - 8:30pm to hear some awesome local bands including The Handsome Petes, The Noid, Small Town Crooks, Silent Reunion and Welter! All procedes from the evening will benefit Franklin's Paine and all ages are welcome. We hope to see you there!
In late December 2010, Franklin's Paine and Jesse Clayton of Fifth Pocket completed our second phase of construction at Whitehall with the addition of three new old growth white pine benches made from 95% recycled materials. Stay tuned for details on phase three coming in 2011!

Join Franklin's Paine and professional skater Kerry Getz on Saturday, October 30th at 1pm on the future site of Paine's Park for a photo rally in support of Paine's Park and the development of more skateparks around Philadelphia. We are trying to gather the largest group of skaters and supporters possible for a group photo that will show support in numbers. For more information on the photo rally please click here!

Both Franklin's Paine and Fifth Pocket Design and Consulting are working with the Borough of Ambler to develop this project. We anticipate this project to break ground in March or April 2011. We hope you can join us for the 2010 World Championships of Freestyle Skateboarding presented by Powell Peralta Skateboards and Concrete Wave Magazine! The event will include a competition of over 80 skaters from 11 countries and will also include a trade show featuring sponsoring manufacturers, local skate shops, nonprofits, artists and local businesses. Donations made by the participating vendors will benefit the work of Franklin's Paine!
