In late December 2010, Franklin's Paine and Jesse Clayton of Fifth Pocket completed our second phase of construction at Whitehall with the addition of three new old growth white pine benches made from 95% recycled materials.  Stay tuned for details on phase three coming in 2011!

Check out the website for our friends over at Bambusa Skateboards: www.bambusaskateboards.com.  Their 70% bamboo hybrid decks feature an improved construction with over 2 years of research and development.  For every 25 decks they sell, they will donate one to Franklin's Paine to help support our youth programs!  Order a Bambusa deck online or check out your local skateshop.

Thank you to everyone who came out on Saturday, 10/30/10 to show their support for Paine's Park and the development of skate space all around the city!  We had a great turn out and are definitely feeling the momentum moving forward.  Click here to check out more photos from the event on our facebook page!
